Why www.MomApproval.com?

Why not?  I've always wanted to put together a family website, I just decided to incorporate a few more things into it.  My name is Angie and we live in beautiful Colorado.  I'm a usually happy, married mother of 3 energetic little boys ages 7, 5 and 1 years old.  During the week I also take care of a sweet 2 year old boy.  My life isn't all boys...I have 2 dogs, Keno & Astro...I made sure that they were girls!  My life is just perfect...NOT!  Only kidding, I just wanted to see if you were paying attention?  I'm just a regular Mom like so many of you.  I love God, my family and friends and enjoy being a stay at home Mom, but I have obstacles just like everyone else!  From the mountain of laundry that's screaming my name, or the stack of bills weighing down the dining room table, parenting issues, managing time to volunteer at school and church, working out (or lack of) and fixing healthy meals while struggling each year to keep my ass in my size 6 jeans, getting the kids to practice on time, educating myself on current events, bargain shopping, doctor appts, trying to be a decent wife, Mom, daughter, granddaughter, friend and still keep my sanity...or at least take the lowest possible dose of Prozac available.  This is called "my life"...and for the most part I would have to say that I feel so incredibly blessed.  I wanted this website to be a place where Moms can catch up on current events, find cool products, recipe ideas and most importantly share ideas and chat with other Moms...without spending hours searching on line, since us Moms have so much time to waste (again, kidding).  So, until that golden book comes out on "how to raise a family and not completely mess it up"...well, us Moms are the best resource that we've got!
